Mediterranean Blue is the creation of siblings Bob and Gail Givoglu. As children, Bob and Gail were treated to the tastes and smells of Northern Greece as prepared by one of the best chefs in the world, their mother! Thessalonikki, Greece, is a second home to the Givoglu family and continues to inspire Bob and Gail’s palette. It is no surprise that Bob and Gail have both spent many years working in the culinary and hospitality industries in the Central Florida area. For the past 16 years, Bob has worked at local restaurants and catering companies as a consultant, chef, and cook. Gail’s experience includes 20 years with Marriott. Bob and Gail have been dreaming of opening Mediterranean Blue for years. Their vision is simple: Authentic Greek and Mediterranean Flavors. Aside from their mother’s cooking, they are inspired by their family history and travels abroad.
